Featuring a variety of cuisine and accompanying wine list as succulent and filling as its namesake. Proudly serving Harris Ranch All Natural Prime Black Angus Beef, as well as menu items catering to all tastes. Located in the Golf Clubhouse. Open nightly for dinner. Evening attire recommended.
Cala Bella™ and Bella’s Bar (AAA Four Diamond): Cala Bella or “Beautiful Creek” and Bella’s Bar is our signature fine dining Italian Restaurant. Join us for dinner nightly in the main dining room or reserve the private dining room for larger parties. Experience a new level of dining at the Kitchen Presentation Bar. Sitting “ringside” of the Kitchen lets you experience the talents of our culinary artisans up close and personal.
Banrai Sushi: Experience the perfect combination of flavors and textures with traditional sushi, signature rolls, specialty sakes and inspired cocktails. Open nightly at 5:00 p.m.
Café Osceola: Named after the great Seminole Indian Chief, Café Osceola offers the best in continental cuisine for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Our daily buffets feature action stations that let you interact with our Chefs. Experience the sight, smell and sounds first hand. It‘s more then a meal, it’s an adventure!

Clubhouse Grille & Par-Take Snack Bar: A par-fect place for a quick bite or full meal.Located at Shingle Creek Golf Course. Both open daily for lunch from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Due to its outside location, Par Take may close during inclement weather.

Headwaters Lounge™: Martini, Margarita or Mojito. The choice is not as simple as you think. Headwaters Lounge has them all! Known as the local watering hole at Rosen Shingle Creek, Headwaters Lounge is the place to go after the meetings, before dinner and for a nightcap.

Smoooth Java™ Coffee Bar: At any time of the day let the Barista at this full service coffee bar prepare your favorite blend of smoothie or cup of Joe. Espresso, cappuccino, café latte, and flavored coffees are just a small part of the Starbucks selections we offer. Also serving an array of pastries and light snacks.
Cat-Tails Pool Bar & Grille: If a relaxing day at the Hotel Pool is on the agenda then check out Cat-tails Pool Bar & Grille. Cat-tails offers a full range of food selections along with beverage concoctions that will make your day on the Lilly pad that much more enjoyable.
Creek Ice Creamery: Let this Old-Fashioned style Ice Cream Parlor take you back to the days of triple-thick milk shakes and root beet floats. You will find double-scoop, hand-dipped ice cream cones, chocolate, caramel and butterscotch sundaes. Open noon to 8:00 p.m.
